Was ist der Unterschied von Pizza und Pinsa?
Die traditionelle Pizza wird klassisch aus nur einer Mehlsorte hergestellt und zwar aus weißem Weizenmehl (Typo 00). Der Teig für die Pinsa hingegen wird aus einer Mischung von Weizen-, Reis- und Sojamehl mit einem hohen Wasseranteil und Sauerteig hergestellt.
